TKT  001  :  One Day Trek at Mae wang  Doi Inthanon National Park

A one day trek begins at Mae Wang district south west of chiang mai. Pick up at the lobby to join group. The first stop will be at the elephant camp, then,take a ride on the elephant into the jungle, after that, a short walk to a Hmong tribe village, to see how they live , keep walking to the water fall, enjoy swiming here,then, trek to a Karen tribe village,to visit and see how they weav their own costome,lunch provided at a local restuarant, after lunch, go bamboo rafting along Mae wang river,then,back to your hotel.

TKT  002  :  2 Days 1 Night Trek at Doi Inthanon National Park Area
 
Day 1 : 09.30 am ,pick you up and  leave from Chiang Mai by pick-up truck  drive about 1 hour and make a stop at the local market to buy some supplies. After that we continue to the elephant camp where we make a safari of about 1 hour. The ride takes you through forested scenic walks, open areas with views of the surrounding hills. Then, we have lunch at a local restuarant, after that we start waking about 1.5 hr from the restuarant to the waterfall where you can enjoy swimming and we take a rest here, on the way trek you can enjoy seeing, taking a photo with beautiful forest and we trek a long the river. After swimming we take about 30 minutes to get the Red Karen village where we stay overnight here and Learning about the fascinating Karen tribe and spend the night with the Karen host family. Accommodation in a hill tribe house and fire camp at night.

Day 2 : In the morning, after breakfast we will walk about 2.5 hrs to the waterfall at the end of the trail, some of trails on the bumpy road where you can see what the tribes planting, to see what they are growing, some trails waking in the beautiful jungle. Then, we get a Shan village where the bus waits for us. Then driving to have lunch. After lunch we will drive to the rafting camp where we will board the bamboo rafts and cruise down the river for about 1 hour. After that we will drive back to Chiang Mai about 05.00 pm.


TREK INCLUDED
         During this trek you will be provided with 4 meals. Lunch and dinner on the 1st day and breakfast and lunch on the 2nd day. Please have breakfast before you are picked up on your first day. Take one bottle of water with you; you will have the opportunity to buy further supplies from hill tribe villages along the way.

GUIDE & SAFETY

         All guides are English speaking and T.A.T (Tourist Authority of Thailand) trained and certified. Many guides used are natives of the area you will trek in and know the areas very well. Trekking in this part of Thailand is very safe and accidents are very rare but still safety is always a priority. A limited amount of accident insurance is provided to cover some medical bills in case of an injury but it is advised that you have your own comprehensive accident insurance. Before commencement of the white water rafting you will have a safety briefing.

         A small rucksack/day sack, shorts and T shirt for trekking (long trousers if you prefer), A change of clothes (shorts & t shirt) especially useful in the wet season to change into at the end of the day, warm jumper/fleece for cool season, Walking shoes, socks, swimming suit, small towel/sarong, insect spray, sun cream, raincoat (rainy season), some toilet paper, One bottle of water. Some money for drinks and hill tribe crafts. Bring a change of clothes to change into after the BAMBOO rafting…..You will get wet!

 TKT  003 : 3 Days 2 Nights Trek at Doi Inthanon National Park Area

Day 1 : 09.30 am, pick you up and leave from Chiang Mai by pick-up truck drive about 1 hour , make a stop at the local market to buy some supplies. After that we continue to the elephant camp where we make a safari of about 1 hour. The ride takes you through forested scenic paths, open areas with views of the surrounding hills as well as the fields of the hill tribes. We will have lunch at Elephant camp, after lunch we will walk through the jungle about 1 hour visit a Cave in the middle of the jungle where you can explore and see a beautiful cave after that we continue  walk through the jungle for about 2.5 hours to a Red Karen village. Learn about the fascinating red Karen tribe and spend the night with the Karen host family, Accommodation in a hill tribe house.

Day 2 :  In the morning we will walk for about 2.5 hours to another Karen village where we will have lunch at a farmer’s house. After that we will walk for about 2 hours to our unique jungle camp at a waterfall where we will spend the night. You can swim in the waterfall and we will enjoy the magic of the jungle in the evening.

Day 3 : After breakfast we will walk through the farmland and foothills of the areas inhabited by the hill tribes. for about 2.5 hours to a local Shan village where we will have lunch. After lunch we will drive to the rafting camp where we will board the bamboo rafts and cruise down the river for about 1 hour. After that we will drive back to Chiang Mai 05.00 PM.

PROVISIONS 
          During this trek you will be provided with 07 meals. Lunch and dinner on the 1st day.  breakfast , lunch and dinner  on the 2nd day.  Breakfast and lunch on the 3rd day.   Please have breakfast before you are picked up on your first day. TKT 004  :  2 Days 1 Night Trek at Mae Tang Area

Day 1 : Pick up from hotel 09.30 am. Drive north of Chiang Mai, stopping at a local market and  a waterfall on the way. Finally, we reach a hotspring, where we stop for lonch. In the afternoon  we walk 3 hours to a Karen village and stop for the night. Overnight in the Karen village.

Day 2 : Walk for 1 ½ hours to an elephant camp, passing another Karen village on the way. Rrde the elepjants for 1 hour to a Lahuvillage and from there take a bamboo raft down the Mae Taeng  River. The rafting trip lasts for approx. 2hrs depending of the water level. Have lunch at a Shan village and drive back to Chiang Mai. About 05.30 pm.

TKT 005 :  3 Days 2 Nights Trek at Mae Tang Area

Day 1 : Pick up from hotel 09.30 am. Drive north of Chiang Mai stopping at a local market and a waterfall on the way. We have lunch at a hot spring and walk for 3hrs in the afternoon, to a Karen   village. We spend the night at the Karen village. See the traditional lifestyle of the hilltribes.

Day 2 : In the morning, walk for 3 hours to a Karen cillage and stop for lunch. In the afernoon   take an elephant safari to a Lahu village. The elephant safari lasts approx. 2hrs and we spend the night in the Lahu village.

Day 3 :  In the morning leaves the village for a rafting trip down theMae Taeng River. Rafting down the river lasrs for approx. 2 hoursStop for lunch and a short break, then drive back to Chiang Mai. About 05.30 pm.
